Hi Marcin,
This is OOB logic added to cover the possible security vulnerability.
More information on it can be found via the link: https://pentestmag.com/formula-injection/.
The point was to add an apostrophe sign in the beginning of each cell so to make it impossible to trigger the formula injection and unfortunately we cannot remove this symbol because it can lead to security issues.
