Allowing only current owner to Read / Edit an item

Hello everybody.

My name is Gustavo Alejandro.

I'm wondering if it's possible to setup permissions so only the current owner can see his own leads. I've seen that permissions are granted by roles (groups of users).

Any help is well appreciated. Thank you.

It is possible, but it should be done with help of a business-process and this particular element.
