Adding new columns in Section row tile view

Hi all,

I have a requirement to display Last Email sender address (not system generated)of a case as a column in the tile in section page or List Dashboards. I could not get the text but only aggregation values.

Is there any way we can achieve this?

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, this cannot be done directly. As an option, you can create a business process that will read this email address and record it in a custom text column. After that, it should be displayed in the grid.
