Add a Virtual Column that acts like a button

Hello community,

We want to add a couple of buttons to every record in a detail. While we can do it through multiple ways through grid utilities or active row action, our requirement is that we need to have the buttons as shown in the below screenshot. I believe we can do this through virtual columns. Could you please tell how to proceed?
