Add notes to MS report and change data and time format

Hi,

I have 2 question on how to set up my MS report better:

•  I'm trying to add the 'notes' field (the one that's under the attachment and notes section' to a MS report based on the project section.

  I get the notes with html code, like this:

  This is a note.
  
  
  
   
  
  
  
  This is another note
  
  
  
   

  Any idea of how to resolve this?

• I'm showing a date and time type field, it comes out like this:
  
  19/05/2021 19:30:00
  
  Any idea of how make it displayed with this format - 5/19/21 (3PM) or anything else that's better from the default format?
