You can accomplish this task in the following way:
1. Go to the Lookups section and find the "Entity settings for campaign signal" lookup.
2. Add the Activity object and link it to the Contact, as shown in the screenshot.
3. In the campaign settings, you will need to use the “Triggered adding” element twice, when adding a record to the object and when modifying it.
4. Next, in the field:
- “Add participants when this object is added/updated,” specify the Activity object
- “Trigger activates when the following columns are modified,” specify the Contact column
5. Configure the records filtering you need for the search for the contacts with the exact activity: "sales drop".
