Hello Dears, 

I need open automatically a new activity after a call from the CTI Panel if the call is a account or contact. How can make this after process??

You can create a process that will start from the signal start event. For example,

You can also add more filter conditions.

Then you can use the open edit page element to create and process activity.

Here you can set up the edit page to fulfill your needs.
