Access Permission for Buttons(Actions) and fields

Hi,

We have requirement for setting up access permissions for buttons and Look up fields for certain users.

Can anyone provide us the solution to achieve this in creatio?

Dear Faustina,

To set up the rights for fields you can use regular rights settings. You can find more details on them in this chain of articles:

As for actions button, in general it is not possible to administrate it. It can only be done with the help of custom developed logic.

But some options, like import/export, records merge and duplicate search can be limited for the users.

It is necessary to add/remove users or roles from the following operations in the Operation permissions section:

1. Export list records - allows to export records from the section

2. Excel import - allows import into the sections

3. Duplicates processing - allows records merging

4. Duplicates search - allows to perform the duplicates search
