Right now I am using demo instance of bpm'online provided by bpm'online. Is there any need of SVN for doing development(Coding)?

Hi Amol,
SVN is not 100% mandatory, as you can create objects and modules directly in the configuration:

Nevertheless, SVN deployment is highly advised in order to properly setup the development environment and speed up the process:
