Email synchronization not happening

Hi Team,

We have on premises Creatio setup for one of our client where the email synchronization is not happening properly.

Weekly once or twice this issue is happening and we are doing the manual synchronization in case.

Is it's email server issue or we need to consider any configuration please let me know.
