Add virtual image column to detail based on status

Dear Community,

I have a use case where I need to display an image in a detail virtual column. The detail has a column called status. If status is "Processing", the virtual column must display an image related to processing. If status is "Complete" the virtual column must display a green check mark. I tried using Configuration constants to get the image to the virtual column but it does not seem to work. May be I am missing something. Could you please help here?
