Marketplace updates: How to implement a custom Freedom UI component using Coding Agent

Starting with Creatio 8.3.4, you can implement a custom Freedom UI component of any complexity using a coding agent — describe what the component should do, and get a working remote module without writing the code by hand.

This covers the whole component, not just its markup: the setup area, data binding to Creatio objects, validation, and keyboard accessibility. Once it is registered in the element library, no-code creators configure it in the Freedom UI Designer the same way they configure out-of-the-box components.

Styling comes from the platform's design tokens with @creatio-devkit/common 10.0 — colors, typography, spacing. Your component inherits the active theme and keeps up with the design system instead of drifting from it as the platform evolves.

Two new Academy guides give you the prompt templates and a worked example — a star Rating component on the contact page, built with Claude Code, with the Angular project and app package available to download.

If you encounter any questions or issues along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at marketplace@creatio.com.

This is awesome...finally creating UI components and their settings in one step from coding agents is great!

Thanks,
