Is there a way to add filters to "All" in folders or remove access? I don't want to remove access rights to the record details; I only want to control what users see in this folder. I also want users to be able to access sub folders.

In Creatio, the “All” folder cannot be filtered or restricted, since it automatically displays all records that the current user has permission to access.
Because of this behavior, it is not possible to apply filters specifically to the “All” folder or hide certain records there while keeping access to them.
If users see records in the All folder, it means they already have permissions to those records. Therefore, controlling what appears in this folder requires adjusting object or record permissions.
If your goal is to organize records for users, you can instead create filtered folders that display only records matching specific conditions.
