I need assistance with my use case related to the campaign flow.
We are targeting churned customers who have not transacted in the last 90 days. Through the campaign, we are sending them an email. We want to track the transaction count to check if any customer has made a transaction after receiving the email.
Essentially, I want to compare whether the Last Transaction Date is greater than the Email Sent Date. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this comparison within the campaign flow?
We are using Creatio version 8.3.

Hello,
It is unfortunately not possible at this time to determine the exact time when the email was sent to a specific contact. The value displayed in the “Sent date” field does not represent the individual delivery timestamp for each recipient, but rather reflects the “Start" field from the associated Bulk Email object.
