Mutiple Customer Portals

While Creatio doesn’t currently support creating multiple portals with different URLs out of the box, there are ways you can achieve a similar outcome using built-in tools:

1. You can set up separate portal workspaces — for example, one for Personal Loan Applications and another for Corporate Loan Applications. Each workspace can include only the sections relevant to that group of users.
2. Then, create different roles for external users, such as Personal Loan Portal Users and Corporate Loan Portal Users, and configure access permissions (create, read, update, delete) accordingly.
3. Assign each external user the appropriate role so they only see the workspace and sections intended for them.
4. Finally, configure read permissions for each role so the data is properly segmented.

This way, although both user types will log in via the same URL, the experience and content will be tailored based on their role and permissions.
