Seeking Help: 404 Error for Custom Web Service in Linux-based Creatio Deployment

I'm encountering an issue with a custom web service in Creatio deployed on a Linux-based environment, and I could use some guidance from the community.

The problem I'm facing is that whenever I try to access my custom web service, I consistently receive a 404 error. This issue seems to be specific to the custom web service, as other services in Creatio are working fine.



 

I have already gone through the following troubleshooting steps without success:

• Verified the web service URL and configuration
• Reviewed the code implementation for any errors or bugs
• Checked server logs for relevant information
• Tested other web services on the same server, which are working fine

At this point, I suspect that there might be some server-related issue or configuration that is causing the 404 error for my custom web service.

If anyone has experience with Creatio deployments on Linux or has encountered a similar issue with custom web services, I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or troubleshooting steps you can provide. Perhaps there are specific considerations or configurations unique to the Linux environment that I need to address.
