Unable to see preview of Email Body on the Dashboard when hovering
Hi All,
I have created a List Type Dashboard which includes Email Body(Activity.Body). If the Body of Email is slightly longer I should get a preview in a small yellow colour box popup which is already happening to all other fields except Email Body column.
What Could be the problem? How can I resolve it?
And Also When I export this data to excel I am getting some unwanted characters in the Email Body like below. How can I remove it?
"v\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
o\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
w\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
.shape {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
"body { display: block !important; }
td.ik-td { display: table-cell !important; background-color: #fff3cd !important; }
span.ik-banner { display: inline !important; background-color: #fff3cd !important; }
span.ik-footer { display: inline !important; background-color: initial !important; }
span.ik-initial { display: inline !important; background-color: initial !important; }
Thanks In Advance

Hello!
Could you please clarify how exactly did you create the preview in a small yellow box popup?
As for the display of the body of the email in the export file, these symbols are responsible for the style and placement of text/characters in the body of the email. In this form, the body of the email is stored in the database, so it cannot be removed from the export using basic tools.
Best regards,
Kate
Kate Karpik,
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding the preview, When we hover/keep the pointer over a record on a column for some time on a list type dashboard, It will show the value in that column in small yellow box just beside that column.
That is not appearing for the Email Body column in my list dashboard.
Hello Nagaraju,
Thanks for your feedback!
Could you please provide more detail about the logic of the preview in a small yellow box popup? How it was realized, via some code?
Also, I would recommend creating a case for the Support team so we can take a closer look at the issue. Unfortunately, it is difficult to analyze the problem in such a way.
Best regards,
Kate
