Expansion panel -elements in Dashboard views could have dynamic height/size

Expansion panel in Dashboard could have adjustable size.

At the moment the elements hight is not maximizing or minimizing when expanded or minimized. It hides the content, in tis case a List but the Expansion panel element stays the same hight.

When minimized. The element should collapse into one row and elements beneath it should move up. So that the elements size and positions are dynamic
