I want to achieve the same functionality of progress bar as highlighted in the attached screenshot in my own custom section.
Can anyone please suggest me how can I do that?

If we create a case on other lookup field and set this field on the tile view of section then it will not give the same progress bar view as lead stage is giving...
Please help us to know that how we can create this type of view for other lookup fields as well.

Thank you for clarifying! Unfortunately, such functionality cannot be achieved with a help of basic system tools but only with a development.
We have already registered the corresponding query for our R&D team to implement this functionality in further releases, I will assign your case to this project in order to increase its priority.
