i am unable to add an existing Address Lead detail i.e 'Lead BD address' in the Application section Business details tab.
In the Detail section object column "Id" is not saving upon clicking on save button for application section.
Please suggest to resolve the issue.

Could you please provide us with the screenshots of the 'Lead BD address' object settings? Also, it would be great if before choosing the 'Detail column' and object column you could open the developer tools console (usually will be enough to press F12 in your browser) in your browser to check if any error notification appeares (in the Concole tab and Network tab as well):
