Is there any possibility to display Lead section on Portal (Customer Portal licence) ?
We granted object permission to "All Portal User" role. Portal user was assigned to Customer Portal licence. Lead section was added to Portal workspace.
After relogin to this user we can't see Lead section.
Is there any additional restriction to this object for portal users ?

Next question related to this topic: Can be Contact section be accessible by Customer Portal user or this is out of Customer Portal licence as well ?

Contacts and Accounts sections cannot be added to the portal and this is an out-of-the-box behavior of the system. However, you can create custom sections and fill them out with the needed data and add them to the portal which will be used by users with Customer portal licenses.
