Business Process as a require step in DCM - how to handle error state ?

Hello Community,

 

I have a some issue to resolve:

We have a DCM on Lead on with there is a required business process step whith checks or wait till account will be approved. Everything works fine till process is in state Running or Completed but how to handle Cancell or Error state ? Then DCM process stucking because BP will never ends (bacause is in state Cancell or Error).

Dear Marcin,

 

So far the only option is to deactivate the process or to change DCM (remove required step). I'll inform our R&D team about this article and suggest them to implement this functionality.
