I want to build a process that reads the incoming mailbox address as I want to build a conditional flow depending on which mailbox incoming emails are sent to.
How would one go about doing this?

Dear Eduan,
You need to set up the start signal like the following:
Which type of signal is received? - Object signal
Object - Activity
Which event should trigger the signal? - Record Added
The added record must meet filter conditions
Category=Email
To contains - one of the two email addresses.
