2) Is the same LINK web for the mobile phone used?
3) any additional fees for logging in from a mobile..??

1. We have the mobile application that can be downloaded free of charge. With its help the users will be able to get access to the base system functionality.
2. To log in to the mobile app the same link and credentials are used.
3. No additional fees are taken for using the mobile app.
4. We support the application for IOS, Android and Windows based devices (https://academy.bpmonline.com/documents/mobile/7-10/installation-and-first-login#HT_mobile_app_installation_and_synchronization).
5. The view and fields can be customized with the help of the Mobile application wizard.
