There is no '+' sign on the Calls Detail in the Lead Profiles

Hi!

I noticed that in the lead profiles within bpm'online system for the Call detail there is no “+” sign available (as compared to the Activities and Email details above and below it). Would it be possible to add it?

Hello,

According to the system logics, the Calls section is automatically filled in with the calls. Records are automatically added to the section every time you receive or make a call using the communication panel.

You can connect the call to other system record through the ‘Connected to’ detail.

Then this call will appear under the History tab for this record. To modify the call details within the opened record page (it is a contact page in the screenshot), you need to click on three dots sign, then choose Edit.

The ‘+’ button is used to add a new record manually. As the calls cannot be added in this way, there is no such button implemented for this section / detail.
