Lead qualification page
Hi colleagues,
I'm using bpm'online sales 7.5. Can someone advise me what is supposed to be put into this section of the lead page? Should I choose account and contact here or type their names in the Lead details tab?

I'm using the same product and as far as I know the difference between Contact and Account fields which you have highlighted and those that are located in the Lead details tab is that if you register a new need from the existing customer you can use lookup values and select customer name from the Contact list and company name from the Account list. Another case is when you receive a call/email from the contact who wasn’t previously registered in bpm’online system and you want to add a new lead and qualify him. In this situation you need to fill in Contact name and Account fields in the Lead details tab.
I have a bpm'online sales User Guide so you can also download it from the Knowledge Hub (it's available for all customers as far as I know) and on the page 70 there is a LEAD QUALIFICATION PAGE description.

Thanks a lot for your help. I do remember that bpm'online team has shared a User Guide with me, but I didn't have a chance to check it yet. From now on I'll be looking into it for answers to some of my questions. Wish you a good weekend!
