Saving and sending invoice by email in bpm'online sales 7.5

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering today what is the best way to send  invoices to my customers over the email from bpm’online sales 7.5. I wanted my invoices to be saved in .docx or PDF format. Actually we can download invoice on the computer and then attach it to emails which we send to our customers.
So once you open the Invoice page you need to press on Print button in the top right corner and choose Invoice. It will be saved on your computer in the PDF format.
