Unable to log in

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to log into my BPMonline CRM, but for some reason I can't.  I think that I must have forgotten my password. Is there a way to restore it?

Hi Patricia,

If you have entered the incorrect password for 5 times, your User is being automatically deactivated for safety reasons. It can be activated back and the password can be changed to the default one by request to our support team. Please send us an email with your site address and Username, so we could activate it.
