Would these innovations and AI help me copy reports or make massive corrections to reports without the usual routine? Now my people spend hours copying it.
I love Creatio, but I dream of being able to say: “Creatio, please create the Sales report for the XXX department or XX office based on the General Sales report of the Firm.” And I dream that Creatio reports could become like Power BI reports, though they are different now.
And one more thing… Security. When will you implement Google/Face ID and/or an Authenticator for entering Creatio? A simple password for a CRM system is outdated.

Two Factor authentication is possible since Creatio 8.1.5 ( https://academy.creatio.com/docs/8.x/resources/release-notes/815-quantu… )
But I agree, for an enterprise app, reporting functionality has little evolved, especially if you need to share with other colleagues who do not have access to Creatio.
A little upgrade is with the latest version of the "Excel Addon for Creatio" from mid-august, you can now send reports excel using business processes 😊.
I just hope we will not have to wait too long after the presentation date for our cloud instances to be updated in 8.2.
