we are trying to set up website event tracking, and no lead or contact ever gets a website event tracked. We have followed this documentation very closely, and we are able to create and write records from the landing page, but no event tracking. If there are any commonly missed things that'd be good to know. Maybe the script tags in the HTML need to be in the correct order for one script to have access to the other, or other stuff that might be knit picky like that. I'm not sure if events are being tracked and are just not being paired correctly because it is a cloud environment and the SQL console add on does not seem to be working anymore since creatio has changed databases so I can not select records. Any debugging tips would help.

Information about website events is stored in a separate cookie when a user clicks on the pre-configured links or buttons. Information from this cookie is transferred to Creatio when the web-from is filled and submitted.
Information about website event will not be transferred If no web-form is submitted.
Please make sure that there at least one text field and one submit button added to the website's page so the information about events could be passed to Creatio.
