Voice data entry for multi-line text fields

I installed the Voice Data entry product. It works great but doesn't show on multi-line text fields. Is there a way to fix this?

Hope you're doing well.
By default the Voice Data Entry should work only for multi-line text fields, that's why please re-check the needed field properties in the Section/Page Wizard mode, there should be enabled the "Multiline text" checkbox:
After the "Multiline text" fucntionality was added to the needed text field, please log out and log in to the required site (or after flushing the web browser cache).
Also, need to mention that the Voice Data Entry add-on is compatible up to 7.16.3 version. The functionality is part of the basic product starting from 7.16.4 version.

Thank you for your feedback. I just realized the field I was hoping to use is "Resolution" in the case section of Service Creatio. It it not a multi-line text but a container. Any ideas I how could integrate the plugin to this field?

As for now, there is no such functionality that would allow integrating the Voice Data Entry plug-in to the containers. We have informed our R&D department about this case and created a feature request so they could consider enhancing the following functionality in the upcoming releases.
