Hello Ankit,
Unfortunately, there is no way to reach the requested functionality using an OOB tools.
In order to implement it you need to integrate your Creatio system with service which can accept SMS and pass this data into Creatio so the case could be created on our side.
You can try to use the following marketplace application for this purpose: https://marketplace.creatio.com/app/beesender-operator-creatio
However, it operates with Social Networks and some applications only.
