As shown on the screenshot, I am seeing ton of require.js script errors. I was trying to go to the section wizard at that point.

Dear Kumar,
It looks like you have changed the value in 'Curent package' system settings. Please check it and change it to 'Custom' if you did. If that helps, it means that there are the issues with the package dependencies of your packages that should be fixed.
If 'Custom' wasn't changed to any other value, write an email to support@bpmonline.com and attach the link to the copy of your database.
