Process with Start Timer doesn't begin at the specified hour.

Hello! This is how I've set the Start Timer. The Time Zone is correct and the process is active. I've followed the Process log and it won't start. I kept testing multiple times but it won't start. If anyone wants other details I will answer.



Does anyone know what is the problem and how it can be solved?
