Process not showing in process log with logging enabled

I'm trying to diagnose a bug in the "Searching and creating contact" process. I've turned on logging and tracing to track data coming in form a landing page but it does not show in process log. Is there any reason that a process with logging and tracing enabled would not show in the process log?

I've tried to reproduce this issue and I see this process being logged, so in order to assist you please send us an email to support@creatio.com providing us access to your instance and we will investigate further what could be the issue here.
