How can I configure the list of Results I see on the Task or Call Page? I am sure it is easy to do, but can't find how. Please advise.

You are right Joseph, that is a very easy thing to do. All you need is to go to the 'Lookups' Section, select the 'Activities' folder on the left, and then 'Activities Results' lookup in the list of available lookups. Open the lookup and make necessary changes to the list of possible results and categories that they are connected to.
