Organizational roles

Yes, you can have an organizational role that is not connected to any functional role (for example in the out-of-the-box version there is no functional role for the "All employees" org.role https://prnt.sc/s6gq1c), but please note that we strongly do not recommend to delete out-of-the-box functional roles from the system.
