Object link in notification is not working

Hello,

I have a problem with an email notification in a custom section.

I made a process to notify if a specific field was changed

In the notification I have three object links, one for the account, and the other two for custom objects.

One of the custom links work fine but the other doesn’t

These are the links generated:

Work: https://.../Navigation/Navigation.aspx?schemaName=Account&recordId=d7c1a5da-f347-417a-9aea-dbbc0f699220

Work: https://.../Navigation/Navigation.aspx?schemaName=UsrContratosSM&recordId=5d826a96-0edd-493d-8391-6903783e95cf

Don’t work:  https://.../Navigation/Navigation.aspx?schemaName=UsrGarantias&recordId=bc0d300f-8c61-47a4-b280-c9a672559c2c

(replaced server for … )

When I open the third one, it redirect me to the opening screen and not to the specific record.

I just checked the ids and are the correct ones.

I compared both objects UsrContratosSM and UsrGarantias but I don’t see differences.

Any help will be appreciated.
