Why when mention on website becomes null on mobile?

Hello,
This issue could be due to the contact's Name (DisplayColumn) being incorrectly set or overwritten. For instance, after tagging a contact, this field might have been overwritten, making it impossible to display the notification properly.
We would suggest to check how notifications display on the main system (not in the mobile app), ensure everything is correct, adjust the mobile app's filters if necessary.
