Looking for off-the-shelf integration with Twilio for Creatio
Ideally to send SMS and use webhooks to get and process replies.
Also, ability to initiate a phone call with a Twilio voice speaking and providing options to respond (press 1 to agree, press 2 to decline) and process the results in Creatio.

So it appears that Creatio has an integration relationship with Zapier which has integration capabilities with Twilio...

There is no prepared connector for Twilio.
It can be integrated as any other phone service if it supports integration via TAPI 2.0.
More information on it can be found on our academy in this and this articles.
We have similar requests from other users, such connector might be available in future versions of the application.
