Licenses

Hello Joseph!

Here's a quick instruction regarding licenses.

Generating a License Request File:

1. On the navigation panel, click the menu button, and select the [Manage User Licenses] command.

2. In the opened license manager window, go to the [Available Licenses] tab.

3. In the [Your Customer ID] field, enter unique customer ID provided to you.

4. Click the [Request Licenses] button.

As a result, a license request file will be generated and downloaded.

5. Send the license request file to BPMonline technical support. You will receive a similar file (a license key) containing your updated license data.
