Issue with imported records - Case lifecycle is not getting highlighted

Hi Team,

This Account section has custom case lifecycle.

When I am importing a record, stage value for the case is getting added  to the lookup but the case lifecycle is not getting highlighted in the section page

Kindly help me with the above

While import, I have set the Account Stage value = Ready to hire, value is there in the stage lookup but Case Lifecycle stage is not highlighted to green

This means the stage value for the record doesn't match the defined stage in the section case. You mentioned that the value is set to "Ready to hire", however the screenshot shows the stage as "Ready Hire". Could this be the case? Double-check that the stage value set for the record matches exactly what is defined for the case.
