Object permission (Record permissions) can be enabled for lookup as well but after done that for particular lookup i can't see "Set up access rights" option under menu in lookup section.
So how to manage lookup access rights then ?

Hello Marcin,
Unfortunately, there is no option to set up the rights for lookup values manually. But what you need to do is to enable records permissions for the lookup object and re-distribute the rights for the lookup records among the groups or users using the 1 element business process. Just use the Change Access Rights element to grant and remove the required permissions for particular records.
