How to get data from email body and add it to custom fields
For a client i have to come up with a solution to collect information from the body of the mail that is send to bpm online email address for cases. A case will be created as a result.
In the body is the product information stored, the customer information etc. There could be two solutions: a function to seperate the data from the body and to split it in different values for different fileds or a script to send the information from a form to a case and not to a lead. I really need some help to solve this issue.

It is possible to implement the business process in such way:
Business process starts on the case insert signal, reads case, reads activity that is connected to case and gets email body from activity. After that, you should use script task process element to parse email in the most suitable for you way.
