How can we use a multiselect field in business rules in Creatio?

I'm trying to set up a business rule that depends on the values selected in a multiselect field, but I can't find an option to use it directly in the business rules section. Is there a way to reference or work with multiselect fields in business rules? Any help or workaround would be appreciated.
