Get response from the mail body.
Hi,
I am sending a mail from the CTI panel and I need to print a existing dropdown(lookup) in the mail body and get a response of the value selected by the user to be stored back in lookup field in creatio.
Please suggest a solution.

There is no out-of-the-box solution for CTI panel emails and for lookups.
The best possible workaround would be creating a Bulk email and setting up Click-Rates for that particular Bulk Email:

We already have a ticket for our R`n`D department to develop such analytics for ordinary emails sent from Creatio.
