Hello,

 

I am currently working on filtering my "Case" object list based on the "National ID" field, which is of type "Text." (Kindly find attached image)

 

Would you be able to provide guidance or support?

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this now. We have registered a feature request for our developers to add this feature

I appreciate the information provided.

however, it appears that my inquiry might not have been fully understood.

In our business process, there exists a button designed to initiate a specific task (attached above).

This task requires input in the form of a "National ID" parameter.

My objective is to configure this functionality so that upon entering the "National ID" and activating the designated button labeled "New Query," the system promptly displays all cases associated with the provided "National ID" in a text format.

 

Please take into consideration that we have also a field named: "National ID" under the case section
