Fields to be used/discharged into Self Service Portal

Hi all,

We are trying to configure and use self service portal into Customer Center version of creatio

When we try to use some of our customized fields into, we are not allowed to add them into [List of objects available for portal users] lookup, due message appear that not more fields are allowed to add into lookup.

I quite strange because many of fields that are inside lookup was not added by us and lot of them will not be used into our version of portal. But we try to delete and is not allowed

Please can advise us how we can adjust this list (delete items and add new ones) properly?

Also we add into [List of schema fields for portal access] new objects to be used, but nothing chage at all.

Dear Ernesto,

The amount of objects available for portal is limited. Due to the application logic, the portal users cannot use the hole system. They can only use some particular functionality which is limited. It is also not possible to remove the default objects from the available list. However this limit can be extended with the help of the particular licenses.  Each of 3 portal types has different objects limit:

PRM licenses allow to use 225 objects

Customer portal - 125 objects

Self Service Portal - 25 objects.

You can purchase the required license to extend the objects limit and extend the overall portal functionality. For more details on portal licenses, feel free to approach your account manager.
