Excel reports: Error when using time fields



Dear community,

 

Every time we try to create an excel report with a time field we get the following error:

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

We are currently working on 7.18.

Hi Yosef,

 

Set the Time type for the specified column in the .xlsx template file and upload it to the report settings.

Hope this helps with knowing how to add formatted columns to the template.

The details are on the screenshot below. Select the 'Start' column and set the required cell format. Then, save the .xlsx template file and upload it to the report settings.

I followed the steps Ryan gave me (very helpful!) and I changed the settings like you asked but I still get the same error:

It is not possible to export fields of "Time" type with the app at the moment. However, the team in charge is planning to add this feature this month.

I am trying to export a time format field - and as it seems - it is not possible, and i get an error message.

 

Is there any workaround for this issue ?
