Event in calendar

Yes, it is possible to have events visible in the Creatio calendar without manually creating activities by synchronizing your calendar with Creatio.

You can synchronize your working schedule from Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar with Creatio using the Productivity composable app (available in Sales and Service Creatio products, or purchasable separately for other products).

This app allows you to view and manage your meetings and tasks in one place. Events with multiple participants like meetings or trainings will appear automatically in the calendars of all required attendees.

I was talking about Marketing Event object, not Outlook synchronization.

Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunately, the Marketing Event object is not directly linked to the Calendar in Creatio, and events from this object cannot be displayed in the calendar unless a corresponding activity (such as a meeting) is created.

These are two separate entities, so showing a Marketing Event in the calendar would require a custom solution — for example, a business process that automatically creates a related activity.
